Dear sir,

I purchased redmi 4 phone on 09-08-17 but not received on 22-08-17, i follow up both days they are responding on[protected], book new phone on[protected], i received phone[protected], but that phone defective and touch problem. I contact amazon seller but not responding. I need refund my amount.
