I have purchased one YU phone from AMazon on 1st lash sale on 13th Jan 2015, till date i hv called 30 times to Amazon customer care..but no one is serious... Can u help me out in this matter, . Order No[protected] Purchase date-13th Jan 2015 Till date i hv not receive any update..everytime they tell me the different story... I dont want any refund for this product. i need this product. I bought a product one touch glucometer on 12may2015 and the product was prepaid, but the product was not delivered and your dealer is showing that he has deliver that product to any other person whose name was Gagan, I don't know this person and without tacking my permission why they deliver the product to other person, so I want me money back.
