Amazon India — Product not delivered amount refunded

I have placed order on Amazon for Skullcandy S2IKDY-144 Ink'd 2 In-Ear Headphone with Mic (Gold/Black) but the product was not been delivered as per the TAT so called to customer care for status of my order (MY order number[protected]). So the customer care people said the product is not on stock so it will be delivered little later so i said ok and left. After 2 days i called again to know the status but people said the same so i said them very clearly that i do want the refund i want the product so they said k and closed. The next 2 days i got a messg stating that the order is cancelled and amount is going to be refunded. I do no what service amazon provides so make sure i want the product which i placed the order for.
