Amazon India — Product not delivered and don't get refund | |||
ORDER ID:[protected] With the above reference order id it all started. I have been chasing you guys as I have prepaid for the ordered product but never received. I contacted amazon business customer care through various modes but nobody replied satisfactorily. Through the order tracking details I got to know that the product get delivered which I never received hence I tried contacting the courier and get to know about the delivery and while checking, I come to know it got delivered at some different address for which I have the proof. The invoice itself have fake seller details "RONAK DIESEL SPARES" selling (GoPro HERO9 Black) with fake seller ADDRESS, PAN and GST details at amazon portal.
