Amazon India — product not delivered and proving false awb details | |||||
I had placed an order for steve mccurry: the iconic photographs: standard edition for rs 3348/- on 4th of october, 2017. And the same is showing dispatched and expected to be delivered by 27th of october, 2017. Neither i received any updates after that and the same message is continued to be displayed. When i checked the shipment status on bluedart with tracking id [protected]. And on 13th of november, 2017 when i tried to register a complaint regarding this, the amazon customer executive was taking me for a ride and update incorrectly. I am really disappointed with the services of amazon and feel that they abusing their market domination. Was this information helpful? | |||||
