Amazon India — Product not delivered but company not refunding or cancelling order | |||||
Hi, I had ordered for an Office365 key card annual subscription through Amazon. It was supposed to be delivered on 24-Oct, but the product has not yet been delivered. But it shows the status as "Delivered". I reached out to Amazon over phone and chat, and they promise quick revert and ask me to wait for 5 days, since that was the wait/response turn-around time from Amazon. I had told them that I cannot wait further and have asked them to cancel the order. I plan to buy it from a local retailer, which would have been faster. But still no response from Amazon. I need a quick refund on the same. It is pathetic that I am subjected to such trash/harsh treatment, being a Prime customer. Thanks, Sajan Jose Was this information helpful? | |||||

Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 15, 2016 Updated by najascj Today(15-Nov), i received a call from Amazon([protected]) asking for delivery information and availability. As stated to the Amazon Agent(over chat) back on 01-Nov-16, i am not interested for the same as i had made alternative arrangements and ordered the same from Microsoft online. Earlier, when i had received notifications(related to this order) on delivery from Amazon Agent([protected]). And when i reached out on this #, there was no response. I even went to their warehouse near irimpanam but heard that they have shifted from that place recently and no one was aware of its whereabouts. This episode has left a bad slur on my experience with Amazon (while being a customer since 2005 with Amazon.com). Amazon had clearly stated that if the item is not delivered by 03-Nov, they would arrange for the re-imbursement. Attaching a copy of the transcript with Amazon agents on 01-Nov. Appreciate a quick resolution for all the confusion and pain caused to me. Thanks, Sajan Jose    | |||||
