Amazon India — Product not delivered but company not refunding or cancelling order | |||||
Hi, I had ordered for an Office365 key card annual subscription through Amazon. It was supposed to be delivered on 24-Oct, but the product has not yet been delivered. But it shows the status as "Delivered". I reached out to Amazon over phone and chat, and they promise quick revert and ask me to wait for 5 days, since that was the wait/response turn-around time from Amazon. I had told them that I cannot wait further and have asked them to cancel the order. I plan to buy it from a local retailer, which would have been faster. But still no response from Amazon. I need a quick refund on the same. It is pathetic that I am subjected to such trash/harsh treatment, being a Prime customer. Thanks, Sajan Jose Was this information helpful? | |||||
