Amazon India — product not delivered - folding ladder

Dear team,

I live in caribbean and for my old parents i have ordered folding ladder from amazon.in. For last 2 months i am purchasing (4 times) and every time after 7 days they are saying that they will not able to deliver.

In each occasion i have contacted their representative and every occasion they are they apologizing and advising me to order new one and they will take it seriously. They are keep telling lie to the customer and harassing them in the name of customer service.
