Amazon India — Product not functioning at first use.

I received eureka forbes aquagaurd ordered on amazon.in (Order[protected] on 1st november. Despite repeated calls, the installation guy didn't come till 1st december to install the product. When he installed the product, he found that the product was not working. He uninstalled the product, took pictures and left. After following up with eureka forbes, they told us to return the product to the seller. I filed a replacement request through amazon.in, but the seller told me the replacement or refund of this product has been closed.

I had no way of knowing that the product was faulty till it was installed. It was faulty on first use itself.

The seller has refused responsibility. Amazon is not taking responsibility. I don't know what to do any more.
