Amazon India — Product not getting delivered and company (amazon india) giving excuses.

My name is kapil kumar Agarwal and email id [protected]@gmail.com.I have ordered product on 4/05/2016 and paid Rs 100 for one day delivery.I have not received the product till today.I have called customer representatives of Amazon on this number [protected] but they are giving different excuses and misguiding me.Today the representative told me he needs 2 days time to find out where exactly my product is as he dont have any information and yesterday he told me it is lost in transit.this shows that they are giving me false promises.I want my product to get delivered asap.
