Amazon India — product ordered, but not received | |||
I had ordered acer laptop on 15-oct-19. Also paid rs. 100/- extra for one day guaranteed delivery. Payment has been made already. Order no.:[protected] Tracking id:[protected] Next day on 16-oct i got message regularly about product shipment and product is out for delivery n all.. Than i got message that product will be delivered on 17-oct. Still i waited outside my office till 10:30pm on 16th oct But on 12:00am it's showing that ordered rejected by the customer, and shipment is going back. How's it is possible. I didn't even receive a single call form the delivery agent, about the product. I asked the number several times from customer care, but they also didn't help me. Now i have no clue about my product that where it is. I also told them that provide me the warehouse address of amazon so that i can pick it by myself, still they are not providing details.
