Amazon India — Product sent without serial no. | |
I ordererd for iball decibel bt headset in the month of may. It stopped working in june. I went to the service center and they found that there is no serial number on the product. It's not even there in the invoice. Complaint no. [protected] was raised on 2nd june. But there is no resolution given even after 20 days. Was this information helpful? | |
