Amazon India — Product which was purchased is not delivered even after 10 days. | |||
I have placed two orders on Amazon.in. 1.bata shoes 2. Jockey cotton vests for mens By card payment. When I received both products both of them were oversize so I placed replacement order for both. When I tracked the order status it shows the items are reached at local distribution facility. But I have not received any item. When contacted to customer care they said that the items were lost during delivery so I have to place cancellation order. But I have told them that I don't want refund and I want the product which I have purchased and for which I made the payment. But I have got the email from Amazon that cancellation order is processed and refund is initiated. And they showed remark for cancellation as customer refused the product. Second thing is that they processed the refund for one product only. My concern is that 1.I have not refused any product and it is the Amazon India's failure to deliver the product which is purchased by customer. I want products only and not the refund. So they can't show the remark for cancellation as customer refused products. 2. Amazon India processed the refund for only one product and second product is neither delivered nor refunded.
