I had ordered a samsung curved monitor and as per the offer amazon.in had to provide me samsung level u headset promo code before 31st october 2016. Its 3rd november 2016 and i havent recieved the code yet. The customer service executive placed my call on hold for more than 5 mins and didnt even get back.
