Amazon India — Purchased lenovo mobile defective | |||||
I purchased a mobile lenovo vive k5 and lenovo vibe k4 note vide order #[protected] inovice no ka-blrs[protected]. I received goods on dated 01 aug 2016 but it is found that the mobile vive k5 is defective (Not showing imei number) so not detected sim card. When i go in to authorized service center who demand rs 3000/- thousand for repair. O i feel online shooing from amazon is very risky not provide goods in good condition Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.
