Amazon India — reboxed laptop sold as new warranty expired in 7 months | |||
HP Laptop X360 serial number 8CG824BG7B purchased on 22nd Jan 2019 from amazon India and was supposed come with 1 year warranty. HP support declined the warranty sating that laptop was used before it was sold to me. Its warranty expired in mid September. I have the letter from HP denying warranty, invoice of the amazon India. Still i am struggling for a resolution from Amazon since September till date. Support is taking me on ride since day one. I have trail mail with Amazon and submitted all what they requested for still Was this information helpful? | |||
