My daughter has purchased tablet iballslide Q800 on 12.07.2015 and the cost of tablet was Rs7852/- . Since beginning this item is defective and we have requested to take back this item but your company is not ready to accept our request. Your company is suggesting to contact to iball authorized centre. As this item is defective since beginning hence you should take back this item and return the money. You are requested to take back this item back and return my money. I shall be oblised if you could consider my request. thanks
