Amazon India — recharge of mobile

Address:215-B DDA LIG FLATS, SATYAM ENCLAVE, Jhilmil colony, Near vivek vihar police station., 110095

I did the recharge on 2 april 2019 from my indian bank debit card of rupees 369, recharge was not successful that day and the amount had been debited from my account no [protected] and till now i have not received my refund of rupees 369.
Amazon india said that they have already generated my refund and my bank didn't ready to accept it.
So please take necessary action against this case and please send my refund in my account [protected].
