Amazon India — redmi 5 (black, 32gb) mobile issue | |||
I have purchased redmi 5 mobile on july 16th. With in 90 days the mobile battery sucks, charge is getting discharge immediately i can't talk for 5 mins. I contact the customer care for the help, they are asking me to contact manufacture, but they are not giving the manufacture address where i need to go? They are talking in a rude way. We trusted amazon because of the service now i came to know there service is very bad. I have paid rs 9000 for my phone and that phone is not working for 90 days then why amazon should sell the bad products? They are not bothering customer amount, they are looking only for company profit. Was this information helpful? | |||
