Amazon India — Redmi note 10 s | |
I ordered redmi note 10 s with exchange of my realme 5 pro and an additional 8000₹ through amazon pay icici card emi option. The delivery agent verified the phone and entered imei number incorrect and the package is cancelled. He told me ti purchase another. Ath that time the price is hiked and i delete all datas from my existing phone. I contacted customer care and they told me that they were helpless and told me to purchase another phone with higher price. If this is company's policy then consumer have to suffer all problems because or the fault of delivery agent and the company doesnt take any measure to rectify this. They act as perfect.
