Amazon India — Refund amount not credited to my bank account

Hello I had purchesd a MOTO G4 PLUS 1 of Rs 13999 from Amazon on 12/01/17 and due to some issue i return it on 28/01/17.The amazon said that they have processed the refund of Rs.13999 on 28/1/2017. The amount should reflect in my account by 3/01/2017. And now today is 5 jan 2017 i have not got my refund in my PNB bank a/c yet.
They gave me the Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction[protected].

If your bank doesn't provide the refund confirmation, you can dispute the transaction as "refund never processed". At that time, they'll see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.
