Moto z play handset i broght this amazon site but this is manufacturer fault than am trying return request and they inform me that self courier services available so am follow their instruction and send my product on dtdc courier and that was done almost but my money was not refund and am try to call customer care service but they did'nt receive and not to call back again. I purchased a bag from Amazon.com ..due to some issues in product i returned the bag with all process but my money is still not refunded its over 3 months now but no Action is taken by amazon
