[Resolved] Amazon India — Refund for the cancelled order | |||||
I had placed order for panasonic camera on 20th Jan and cancelled it on 23rd Jan 2017 as it was available for at cheaper rate. Order #[protected] The refund of 25, 500/- was processed and should have been reflected on or before 28th Jan 2017, but amount is still not credited in my account. I have been calling Amazon as well as my bank several times to track the payment. Bank needs UTR number to track the payment but Amazon is not ready to give transaction details of the refund processed. They have provided 6 digit reference number which is not referring to any transaction in the bank. I have been asking repeatedly for the transaction details but they keep on stalling me... If they have processed the payment then why they are not giving the details. I have been told several times that money would credited by the end of the day or in 24 hours. Even they told about some technical error from seller and they refused that refund was processed successfully. And without giving me any transaction details, they keep telling me to call the bank, which I have done several times. But they are not giving any details about the transaction. Its been 2 weeks and I have not got my money back yet. Was this information helpful? | |||||
