Amazon India — refund is not yet initiated | |||
I ordered a mobile phone from amazon worth rs.13999 with my sbi debit card which i cancelled halfway and my refund is claimed to be successfully initiated by amazon's customer service. They gave me a six digit reference number and asked me to contact my home branch but the sbi home branch is unable to solve the problem with the reference number amazon gave me... Kindly help me with this its fine even if amazon could add this amount to my amazon pay account. Its already been more than 20 days! Was this information helpful? | |||
