Amazon India — refund issue from amazon | |||
My order ID#[protected] my account no. [protected] Indian bank. I ordered 04/09/2019 but I cancelled on 06/09/2019. They initiate refund amount to my account on 16 / 09/2019. I purchased Prestige Stainless Steel Idli Plates of Rs.450, but later I just returned that product because of some issues was on 5th sep but still refund has not yet credited to my account. I called to Amazon customer service and they told that refund had been done and[protected] this is the reference.

Amazon prime subscription amount $12.99 deducted from my credit card in 24 Jan 2019 as well as om 24 Feb 2019 but no prime service rendered to me please retuen the subscrpition
