Amazon India — Refund money problem

Dear m/s amazon india,

As per attachment i have booked flip cover or nokia battery on 18th april 2018 but due to some payment issue i have cancelled the order.
As it is shown you in attachment optransactionhistory[protected]. Pdf i have paid amount to amazon.
I feel inconvenience to tell you that i have not received my amount after cancellation of my order.
I am regularly calling to amazon customer care and they are giving me next day to refund my amount but still not received the amount.

Kindly do the needful for your customer satisfaction, we are believing you.
