Amazon India — Refund not done by amazon!!!

I would like to address an issue here about the customer service support provided by the Amazon. Seems like they have trained their executives to loot customer. Pathetic customer service with a such a pathetic system where almost all have been trained with lying only. Hats off to your customer service. Really you have set the standard for others who are also in the business of looting customer. THey have delivered with payment option COD. After the person who has delivered my thing to me, he did not update the status about the my delivery. So it was not updated in their system. So bloody its your system problem why should customer suffer for it. On top things which has been delivered was not proper, second day itself it was gone case. I Requested for the return. Return has also been initiated and they arranged the person the to take the delivery for the thing which they claim now it has not been delivered. On top of it they have taken that item and properly updated the system status as received also. This is not the end. Now you see after they have updated the refund has been initiated, which was around 18 of Nov, till date they were very much clear about their mind but they kept on bluffing me like left and right. I m being a customer had to suffer. on top of it they keep on sending all false mail stating by this date my refund will be back to my account etc. Hello, This is regarding the conversation that we had . Another customer service executive has posted mail to me after having long hour of discussion, Hello This mail is regarding the the telephone conversation we had on18/11/2015. Your concern was you wanted to know the return status of your order[protected], Microsoft Lumia 540 (Black, 8GB) . The product has reached the amazon fulfillment center on 17/11/2015. As your original payment was mad by Cash on Delivery. I see that you have also added your bank account details the refund will be processed to your bank account within 2-4 business days. The refund was initiated on 18th Nov but courier service did not update that they received the payment from customer at the time of delivery, this is the reason your refund did not get through. I have escalated this issue to the concerned department, it will take at max 3-5 working days to update payment status. Once it is updated your refund will be initiated. On top of it they have received also the item which i returned them and they have taken it back happily and status has been updated happily. Only when it came to refunding the money back, all these bluff masters were there in the picture to cheat customer. So the learning from the whole incident is a real eye opener.. Shame on you people. No matter what so ever your situation is, they dont give damn about your money, time etc. You have no value in front of them and they know it very well.
