Dear amazon customer care my order no[protected], adidas sport shoes, price-2364/-, purchased date 21/08/2019, and deliver my home at 26/07/2019 but shoes not comfortable me so i am return request to amazon customer care, and 28/08/2019 shoes pick up via ecom express tracking no[protected], today at 06/09/2019 my product reached amazon whare house at 06/09/2019, but amazon not refund given me, i some time contact amazon customer service for refund matter but not refund given me, but amazon send me a email massage say to me amazon whare hose recived a different shoes it's camplain very wrong.
