Amazon India — refund not issued by amazon | |
I have refund pending from amazon of rs. 759 from past 1 month and my bank is citibank. Bank need anr number to track the refund and amazon is not providing me with a anr number that are saying that they do not have any anr number but providing me with a reference number which of no use from banks side. Im very sure that is pending from amazon side. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |

I paid Rs 267.00 to Amazon India for two books vide Order no.[protected] on date[protected] but they sent me only one book which billed for Rs. 106.00.
Please get my balance money Rs 161.00 refunded from this company
