Amazon India — refund not received for product which has been returned | |
I have done a transaction on amazon and as the transaction was cancelled so the refund has to be came but it has been almost 6 months and the refund has not been came. Amazon is saying it has refunded to the bank and the bank is saying that it has refunded back to amazon. The order number is[protected] The reference number given by amazon for the refund is[protected] which hdfc bank is saying that he has refunded the ammount back to the amazon Was this information helpful? | |

I ordered phone case and I returned the product for some reason but I didn't get the refund money yet. It's been a month I returned the product but till now I didn't get the refund amount.
