Amazon India — refund not yet initiated by amazon | |||
I have been chasing for refund to my account with order id[protected]. As per amazon they have refunded Rs.350 to my bank account. When there were several mails from me, I understood that the money have been transferred to some account which is a fraud Axis bank account linked to my amazon account on 22nd April. For the same thing i have been calling and mailing Amazon and today they say that they cannot help as they cannot have add any bank account to my amazon and so its my responsibility to investigate whose account has been added. Its not the value of 350 rs but this fraud can happen again in future and then Again Amazon will not be having any answer to it. I even tried getting answer from higher management but no received no help from anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||
