Refund not yet initiated This is regarding my returns and refunds procedure on order[protected]. Fighting for my money. no one is listening I have already return the Cleo sandal on 5th may. but these people are not providing my refund. Status shows they have not got my Return yet. I had spoken to more than 10 executive in last 20 days. but no resolution has been provided. Today was my worst experience when executive told me tat it was my mistake and i will not be getting any refund. On asking for escalation matrix they are not aware.
