Hi, Amazon will do like this I didn't. Seriousl no customer support, everytime new customer executive but same line but no resolution at all. almost 20 days and I have not received my refund, will this be credited or not kindly let me know as now I am sure that Amazon is behaving like local sites. talking about : Hello, This e-mail confirms that an Amazon.in A-to-z Guarantee claim has been filed for order[protected] because the details or condition of the merchandise was misrepresented Your comments were: "The customer has returned the item with DTDC courier with tracking ID: Z97263825. On the following page, click on the "View Order" button for this transaction. From this page you may click on the link for "Problem with this order?" to review your A-to-z Guarantee claim status. If a reimbursement has been processed, you should see an Important Message listed at the top of the order summary page. If your seller directly resolves your problem, please let us know by replying to this e-mail. We expect all sellers to maintain the same high standard of customer service that Amazon does, and we encourage buyers to try to reach a solution with their seller where possible. The A-to-z Guarantee exists as a final resort for buyers who have not been able to find a satisfactory resolution, or in cases where a seller is unwilling to engage in correspondence with the buyer.
