[Resolved]  Amazon India — refund of my sparx shoes

I bought sparx shoes on amazon, but they are not comfortable so i returned them. And they said your refund is processed, and this is your reference number * on[protected]. Today is[protected], in between, i contacted amazon and they said i have done my payment so i just give your reference number, when i go to bank they are saying we not going to stop any payments to you so it's not our problem. I even file a dispute form in my home branch of sbi. But these all are just throwing the issue on other people. This is my email associated with amazon "darsi. [protected]@gmail.com".
