Amazon India — refund the money debited from my account | |||
I paid 558 rupees to amazon sellers through paytm upi for the product delivered to me on 2nd february 2019 at 4:05 pm. But the delivery boy has told me that amount is not credited to amazon sellors account. He asked me to pay again and i made the payment again at 4:45 pm. For both the times when i made payment money has been debited from my account but the amazon customer care executives are saying that they did not receive the money during the first transaction. Even in my account statement a it is clearly showing that money is credited to amazon sellers account. Regarding this i contacted many times with amazon customer care executives and i asked them to refund my money but they are saying that they didnot receive the money. And when i contacted with the paytm customer care they said that it is credited to amazon sellers account on that day itself.
