[Resolved]  Amazon India — Refusing to accept the return after promising on call

I have purchased a tablet named lenovo tab m10 fhd plus 10.3" 4gb+128gb from amazon.in (Rs.19, 999) on 03rd august, 2020. But after receiving the tablet i came to find that there were very noticeable hanging issues on using the apps even though it runs 4gb ram and it was irritating at times and immedietly i tried for returning the tablet on the very second day but i was directed to a technical support agent arranged by amazon and they advised for resetting the tablet to see the results and it was okay at once. Even it was okay for some days the problem begins again on the 14th day while playing simple games like temple run it begins to stutter a lot and also the tablet display seems to be auto pressurizing in areas without any click or touch while using keyboard and portable mouse. I was disappointed at that time and because the return period is only ten days, but if they would have allowed me to return the tablet on very second day itself, this must not be happening to me and so i tried to compromise myself with the issues but days went by i found it very difficult to manage particularly when i have to work with my tablet along keyboard. So the 24th day i contacted amazon back again and told them the difficulties i was facing through, they have connected my call to a technical support team again and told me to contact the lenovo brand once to deal with the problem and come back to them after. So i kindly contacted the lenovo brand on call and when inquired about the issue they informed me that the table doesn't fit with keyboard and mouse probably and asked me to reach out to a service centre which is not at all possible because there is no any service centre in my location and in order i have to travel about 500 to 650 km to reach. So i told them it is not possible in this pandemic conditions to travel such distance. Then they adviced me to contact amazon back and tell them about it in detail that i could not get to a service centre. So again on 27th aug the same day i contacted amazon support team without any further delay. After hearing my words they made me to wait for nearly half an hour on line to discuss this with their officials and finally told me that they are ready to accept the return and since the return window is closed they will rearrage me for a return window within 24 to 48 hours. So i trusted their words and waited for it but nothing happened like they promised. So i contacted them again on 29th of august and when i inquired about it they have no idea about what they promised two days back on conversation and made me to wait for another 15, 20 minutes on call and finally came with a refusal to accept product. Since i trusted their words initially i was deeply disheartened. I would have never tried to return it if it was working well but they were not ready to neither understand or help and they were like very business minded even i have been a regular consumer of amazon products from 2014 onwards.
