Amazon India — Reg gift voucher for iphone 6

Hi, I have purchased a iphone 6 in October 2015 from amazon.in with the offer of 3900/- as gift coupon. But i have not received the gift coupon yet. I have contacted amazon for the same but they are claiming that the gift coupon has been sent to my registered mail id in the month of November. But i have not received the same. I have request them to send the same mail again but they are refusing to send the same.
