This complaint is regarding to coolpad note 3 plus (gold) Name-lovey raj bansal Billing address - jiwaji ganj opp. police chowki lashkar gwalior 474001 No.-[protected] The complaint is for the time management and the behaviour of the delivery boy I have buyed coolpad note 3 plus gold and after some time getting some problem in it i make a replacement request after 4 days my request has been accepted afte more 4 days they had make a pickup after pickup After 3 days i have called amazon costumer care for the new product delivery And i have made more than 8 calls for the product delivery but they cant understand After more than 1 week i got the product after facing so many problems The after the delivery man came from amazon transportation service the way of talking is very bad of the boy the uses bad languages and making force on me to sign on the delivered comfirmation paper without giving the product The main problem is the time management and the delivery boy behaviour Amazon rating 0/10😠 Was this information helpful? | |||||
