Amazon India — regarding login problem with my amazon account

Problem : - i gorgot my amazon account password. My rediffmail id is not in use now. So i requested several times to amazon customer care service to send otp to my registered mobile number which is given in my profile.
Since 17.02.2018, i have contacted them but the problem is still unsolved.
So i request you to solve my problem and help me to open my account with my mobile number as given in my profile.
I hope my problem will be solved very soon under your supervision.
