Amazon India — regarding ram for laptop | |||||
Sir, I have purchased RAM from Amazon, which was having lifetime warranty of 10 years.But using it for only 2 months my product, my product isn't working since the 1st jan 2018. I have filed various complaints to the Amazon customer service since it's fault but non of the time I got satisfactory solution.Someone said that I will get my product refund and someone said there will be no refund as it was my sole responsibility after handling the product.Istill tried to do it my self bt as there are no offices in India of the product I purchased I failed. My request is to get either refund or exchange of my product.As I am a student it as an large amount to purchase a RAM.KINDLY HELP ME OUT FROM THIS SITUATION WILL BE TOO THANKFUL TO YOU.
