Amazon India — return amount not refunded in my bank account. | |||||
Dear sir, I have ordered babes woman's combo of 3 mojaries on date 07/07/17 by order no.[protected]. As my order wasn't sent complete set of mojaries, i have returned the order and added my bank account for refunding the amount. But instead of submitted to my bank account your company shifted my refund amount to amazon account without my permission. This is totally illegal and the harassment to me who is your frequent customer. Therefore i request you to kindly refund my amount in my bank account, otherwise i have to move explore my further legal right as a customer. I hope amazon company will understand my problem and will refund my amount in my bank account.
