Amazon India — Return and get the refund

Hello, This email is regarding my order # :[protected] and order # :[protected] to return and get the refund but Amazon Transportation Services failing to pick up the package still. I ordered some items in amazon.in on Aug 5, 2015 due to damage/different item i want to return the item and get the refund. My return pick-up scheduled on Aug 24, 2015 between 9.00AM -1.00AM later on Aug 25, 2015 Amazon Transportation Services representative call me and rescheduled. You have to note down that i didn't requested them to reschedule. Next day they rescheduled without asking me on Aug 26, 2015. and then i mailed and speak to amazon customer care they said i can expect the pick up within 24-48 hours on Aug 28, 2015 then the next day pick-up scheduled on Aug 29, 2015 between 12.00PM -4.00PM but no one pick up the package. And still i didn't received any update regarding it. They still delaying without any solution until 30 days return time.
