We have purchased zaveri pearls gold non precious metal necklace from amazon india, we recieved the product on 20.10.2016 . and found that the necklace pendant i s too big that shown actual in photo. we have given an retrn request on 21.10.2016.Tracking id:[protected], . amazon promised to pickup the delivery on22.10.2016 at 2-5pm through fedex courier but till date no courier has turned up for pickup of the product. pl do the needful. I was ordered wrist watch on 11th Oct, as on today's date 17th Oct not received the order, when i'm called to customer care they are saying your order will be deliver today with surely, this is very worst service by amazon.
