Dear sir, with due respect that Philips body grommer replaced not done pickup due to I want to saving trimmer because I am ordering wrong product and I am sorry to say that I ordering quickly approaching due net link problem but not done pickup and return replacement but why not possible to your Amazon com customer care services because I am applying before your return replacement 10days policy and thanks your Buddhadev chakraborty. Sir, I have placed an order in Amazon.in on 10th Jan. the company promised me to deliver the product by 14th of Jan. but on 16 th Jan it is not delivered. I contacted to amazon customer service, but they failed to give a proper reason of late delivery, in fact they showed rudeness. my order id is #[protected]
