Amazon India — Rs-4999 paid for via net banking and moto g turbo order cancelled without my permission | |||||
Dear Sir, I had placed an order for Moto G Turbo (white) vide Order NO.[protected], on[protected]. The product was priced at Rs.12499/-. After applying a promotional code the said promotional code was accepted by your system and the order total was Rs.4999/-. I have paid the entire amount of Rs. 4999/- through my Internet banking and the said amount has been debited from my account as well. Following this, I had received an order confirmation email from amazon.in. Thereafter, in the evening, to my utter shock I received a SMS which said that my order has been cancelled. I immediately checked my email account, wherein I had received an email which said REFUND SUCCESS. I had never cancelled my order nor had I asked for any refund from Amazon.in. The order has been abruptly cancelled without any intimation to me. When I had placed the order, the product was in stock and was available and the amount was accordingly deducted from my account and an order confirmation email was sent. Any refund which would be credited to my account shall be accepted by me under protest as I desire for the product and not for refund. Here I came to conclusion that both the parties are blaming each other and being a consumer I am suffering to this. I request you to take a strict action against them. here are some screen shots of the mail I wrote to amazon. and their response.
