Amazon India — Sale of spurious / fake products - redmi note 3 | |||
Purchased redmi note 3 from amazon on 25th oct 2016: order #[protected] and got the delivery on 30th oct 2016. On 15th day o[censored]se i reported hanging issue to amazon and xiaomi but both amazon and xiaomi directed me to contact the other. I am lost in between them. I have already visited the xiaomi centre 3 times in the initial 30 days and they upgraded the software once. But the same hang issue still exists, so i asked for a replacement as the phone is not used more than 30 days. Now nobody is replying properly and instead asking me to contact the other. I have all of these communication in my email, which i can produce if required. What is meant by '1 year manufacturer warranty for device'. Hardly used for 20 days and that's why asking for replacement as its a electronic product. Was this information helpful? | |||
