Amazon India — Samsung led not working

Hi, This is Sushil Contact- [protected] email address - sushil.[protected]@gmail.com. I have bought a Samsung Led with Order No.[protected].in the month of May 2016. It is really surprising that within few month o[censored]se only the screen developed spot & lines on it.Since yesterday it stopped working. I bought the Samsung product thats also with Amazon for quality assurance. I am really shocked with the experience and expect a good assistance from Amazon as it is reputed as Customer oriented company along e-commerce companies.

Amazon India Complaint Status Update [ID: 1396530]
Above mentioned complaint is still not attended by Amazon. If the customer service of the largest e-commerce do require more than 24 hours to atleast reply on their Customers. Just surprising.
