Sir i was purchased a new samsung m30s phone 17 days ago. But today my phone was getting too hot. I called the company today and asked to change the phone. The senior of the company told me we can't do anything. So i am so sad sir please help me for change my phone from amazon.in company. Oct 28, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I did not receive a phone call from the company regarding this.
I called the company when I was about to buy the phone but no phone reached the company and finally I got the phone.
I tried to talk to the company after getting the phone but still did not get the phone.
Then after a few days I clicked on the call back to the website and then I got a call from the company then I talked then the company said the Guaranty is expired for change the product so we can do something.
Then I said I would go to court then the company said what to do we can do something.
So please sir can you help me. Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
