Amazon India — sent low quality items and refused to return it

I purchased samsung galaxy m20 mobile yesterday from amazon india. Quality of that product is not satsifactory as given in description before purchasing and the representitive of amazon refused to return it. I want to return it back. Either give my money back or give me a chance to place order for another mobile from amazon. Nobody told me before purchasing about any policy of not returning of the item and now they are telling that item cannot returned. Please do needfull for return the item and gave my money back.
