Amazon India — [protected]@home foldable mosquito net not returned or refunded by amazon | |||||
I purchased a Double Bed Size Pink Foldable Mosquito Net from Amazon on 6th July and item was received on 13th July. As the product quality was bad I initiated a return and it was approved by Amazon on 14th July. However no one turned up to pick up the item and no communication from Amazon either. When I called Amazon on 31st July saying why they did not pickup the item yet and not refunded me, the call centre representative says the PIN code is not eligible for return pickup. They say customer is responsible to courier it. Once seller receives the item the refund will be initiated. And for so many days Amazon never bothered to inform the customer of it. Really shabby state of affairs!! Why do I have to pay Rs 500 to courier the return of item worth Rs 1000? My money has got blocked and I feel cheated by Amazon and wont trust it again. Others like Flipkart are more reliable when it comes to returns. Was this information helpful? | |||||
