Amazon India — Struggling to get a copy of invoice... | |||||
Hello.. I placed an order on Amazon and received it. I have been struggling to get a copy of invoice since past 20 days. I contacted Amazon's customer care service n they are continuously misguiding me, giving me false assurances n hopes. Should it be that much frustrating to get a simply copy of invoice. Amazon is saying that it is a seller fulfilled order and they are unable to provide me invoice. Pls look into this matter. I want to take an action against them. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I ordered this tab on 30-11-16.got on 8.12.16. when i operate it there are two blue lines in display.i applied for return of product.but no one contacted yet.
